Eggs in T-shirts in potato nests



This year, Easter is so late that they almost forgot about it:) Meanwhile, a week longer Palm Sunday, so the awakening from winter sleep, and now high time to time to unearth the traditional laws and look around for news on the topic of eggs, bab, cheesecakes and pies:) By the way, nature once again proves that he knows what he's doing, because early, the March holiday this year zastałyby our foot in the snow, and shivering with cold;)

The topic of eggs for breakfast, not only Easter egg I recommend the T-shirts conveniently arranged in the outlets of the potato, known professionally Darphin potatoes - cut into thin bars, and fried to golden brown in clarified butter or oil. The idea borrowed from Mr. M. Roux, though he recommends an egg fried in deep fat chrupiąco. As for me (and my stomach;)) too much fried in a dish and a lot more suits me fine egg, cooked in a shirt. The whole as well as tasty and impressive and actually does the trick in stock dining table decorations. It is true that I have not tested yet, but I suppose that this form of giving eggs will be delighted with, primarily children;)



Eggs in potato nests in the T-shirts:
(for 2 servings)

2 eggs,
2 medium sized potatoes, a handful of arugula
or young spinach leaves 3
tablespoons white wine vinegar,
1.5 tablespoons peanut oil or olive oil,
1 / 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar,
oil or clarified butter for frying,
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Peel potatoes and cut into thin bars on the mandolin-type shredder. Lightly salt and set aside na 3-4 minuty.

Osolone ziemniaki odsączyć z soku za pomocą ściereczki lub ręcznika papierowego. Na patelni rozgrzać olej (najlepiej użyć małej patelni do pankejków, ale na zwykłej, dużej też wychodzi - przetestowałam :)) Ziemniaki rozłożyć na patelni, formując dwa okrągłe placki, lekko ugniatając je. Smażyć na średnim ogniu 3-4 minuty na złocistobrązowy kolor po obu stronach. Usmażone gniazdka odsączyć z tłuszczu na ręczniku papierowym.

Głęboki garnek napełnić nieosoloną water to a height of 10 cm. Add 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar and boil. Break one egg into a small bowl and gently pour the boiling water. Boil for about 1.5 minutes. For a bucket landing carefully remove the cooked eggs in their shirts.
