Spring has shown its solar panels and a smiling face for a moment to once again hide behind the cloak of dark rain clouds: / And I stare each day of the first violets and I dream of strawberries and raspberries in the garden suspended dense bushes. For fresh fruit, garden still a wait, so I buy another bunch of bananas.

I remember when I baked my first banana bread. Always I include it to their first culinary success, the more spectacular, that if there were no indications that the simple provision from school textbook in English comes out something not only edible but also delicious! :) Was a double satisfaction, because this is bread, in addition to its flavor, was also tangible evidence of proficiency to the extent that time, the satisfaction;) Since then a lot of baked banana breads and other sweet fruit, which I love for their taste and versatility . A little bit of bread dough are just as tasty and nutritious snack for lunch, and dessert for afternoon tea. Recently my number one is this recipe, slightly modified (as always, "Desugared" ;)), Which can be treated as a rule base and mess around at will with additives. banana Bread krówkowy:

2 very ripe bananas (about 200 g),
2 eggs,
100 g melted butter,
100 g of natural yoghurt,
70 g brown sugar (preferably light muscovado),
200 g flour, 1
teaspoon baking powder,
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda,
100 g walnuts, 150 g
fudge or butterscotch candies

Pour wet ingredients into the flour and mix everything with a spoon. Finally, add 2 / 3 diced fudge and half of chopped nuts and mix again (no need to mix for too long - as in muffinków case - the less mixing of the dough pulchniejsze).

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

translate dough in a greased with butter or baking paper lined cake tin cakes (eg 30 x 9 cm) and sprinkle on top the rest of the nuts and fudge.
