I myself slightly different from the expectations outlined above, reconstruction of the City, but since going to compete in the contest - never, moreover, not hiding - it looked at the conditions at that particular detail, and I have some thoughts about them. Check out how others do it - just search in Google, pops up a lot of announcements, such as the director of each house of culture that is formulated with expectations. In the Polish theater, there would be no new quality due to the younger generation of directors (who have won competitions, of course), if they would be required experience in a management position.
